By accessing or using the GST Calculator India (gstcalc.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
GST Calculator India provides a free, browser-based tool to calculate Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Indian tax slabs (0%, 5%, 18%, 40% for FY 2025-26). The tool supports CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown, multi-item invoice generation, and currency conversion. Results are for informational purposes only.
3. No Professional Advice
⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The GST calculator provides estimates based on publicly available tax slab rates. It is not a substitute for professional tax advice. GST laws, rates, and compliance requirements change frequently. You should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional for:

4. GST Rates Accuracy
GST slabs are updated as per the Union Budget and GST Council notifications. We update our calculator for each financial year (currently FY 2025-26). However, specific product categories may have special rates, exemptions, or conditional applicability that are not captured by our generic slabs. Always verify the applicable GST rate for your specific goods/services from official sources (CBIC website).

- Share the calculator link via WhatsApp or social media
You may NOT:
- Copy or modify the codebase and claim as your own
- Use our branding (logo, name) without permission
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the service
- Remove "Powered by gstcalc.in" if we later add such attribution (for free/invoice usage)
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to:
- Exploit the calculator to generate fraudulent invoices
- Manipulate inputs to produce misleading tax figures for tax evasion
- Overload our servers (denial-of-service attack)
- Scrape or harvest calculator data at scale
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GST Calculator India, its maintainers, and contributors shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the calculator
- Incorrect calculations (despite our best efforts)
